Systems Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and maintain the online travel agency’s systems, including the website, booking platform, payment systems, and other related software.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation and high-quality user experience.
· Work with development team to improve and enhance the online travel agency’s systems.
· Ensure data security and integrity, including backups and disaster recovery plans.

Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
– Manage social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Manage partnerships and loyalty programs to increase customer retention and loyalty.
– Create and manage email campaigns to promote travel products and services.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve campaign performance.
– Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and compelling content for social media and email campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and email marketing.
– Work with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

Warehouse Manager
Requirements and skills
– 5 years of work experience as a Warehouse Manager
– Knowledge of Hardware, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, and Safety products.
– Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
– Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
– Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
– Knowledge of ODOO Software will be an added advantage
– Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration will be an added advantage
