Job Opening: Arabic-Speaking Call Center Agent

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Arabic-Speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have good communication skills in English. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
Good communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required.
