We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Management (FM) team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, FCUs, and AHUs
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform corrective actions
✅ Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure energy-efficient operations
✅ Monitor and adjust HVAC systems to ensure proper environmental conditions
✅ Follow FM standards, health, and safety procedures at all times
✅ Maintain accurate service records and report issues promptly
Requirements:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician (FM sector preferred)
✔️ Good knowledge of central AC systems, chillers, ventilation, and air balancing
✔️ Diploma/ITI certification in HVAC or related field
✔️ Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
✔️ Physically fit and able to work in various conditions
