Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative mind who loves spotting trends and turning them into fun, relatable content. If you’re someone who’s always thinking of fresh ideas, knows what’s buzzing online, and can bring those ideas to life with a team — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative, trend-driven ideas that support promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Visualize and plan content concepts (storyboards, mood boards, mockups) to guide the production team.
• Collaborate with in-house videographers and editors to execute concepts.
• Write compelling captions, taglines, and hooks optimized for engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate content based on results.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while experimenting with creative formats.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing.
• Solid understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of video production/editing processes.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar visual platforms.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Kling, Veo 3, etc.).
Nice to Have:
• Portfolio of previous content ideas and executions.
• Experience working in fast-paced retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
