5+ years post-qualification experience in Business Planning, IT, and/or Project Control. Upstream Oil Industry knowledge is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
★ Coordinate the project’s progression through the Opportunity Development Process (ODP).
★ Ensure gates and document requirements are met and project details are captured in the ODP system.
★ Liaise with Engineering, Development, and Operations to ensure project compliance with ODP and Finance processes and ensure a consistent standard across all projects.
★ Act as focal point/super-user/system admin for the ODP System and liaise with the Information Technology (IT) department to resolve issues and manage updates.
★ Support the continual improvement of the ODP system through data integrations with other systems
★ Support Business Process documentation, with particular reference to the development and execution of Company standards, policies, and procedures.
★ Collect requirements, and coordinate changes implementation / and approvals to ensure the accuracy of process documentation across all applicable processes.
★ Prepare a periodical report that reviews all projects for management reporting.
Requirements:
★ Bachelor’s Degree/ Bachelor of Technology strongly preferred.
★ 5+ years experience in Business Planning, IT, and/or Project Control.
★ Upstream Oil Industry knowledge is an advantage.
★ Experience in setting up business process mapping and business process re-engineering.
★ Ability to compile and write business process procedures and manuals.
★ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
