🚢 We’re Hiring! Logistics Supervisor – Wrist Middle East (Sharjah)

We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead and optimise our regional logistics operations.

You’ll ensure the smooth, timely and cost-effective flow of goods – from warehouse to vessel – while driving quality, efficiency and team performance.

What you’ll do:
– Lead, coach and manage the logistics team
– Oversee inbound/outbound operations and inventory accuracy
– Coordinate with Procurement, Sales and Customer Service for timely delivery
– Optimise delivery routes and transport efficiency
– Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
– Ensure compliance with safety, quality and transport regulations
– Prepare monthly logistics reports and KPIs

What we’re looking for:
– 5+ years’ experience in logistics or supply chain supervision
– Strong existing network with port authorities, customs and shipping agents across the UAE
– Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
