Job Location : Oman
Qualification: Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 20 years’ experience in the related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management for Automation & Drives Dept.
Business Strategy – Preparation and implementation.
Preparation & Achievement of Business Plan / Annual Budget for Management & Dept.
Monitor Sales Target, team efforts, set priorities and improve efficiency.
Regular checks to ensure projects under execution meets targets
Active Business Development & marketing efforts to develop and diversify business
Attending Negotiation Meetings / Meeting Customers.
Technical involvement at offer stage i.e., VFDs, Motors, PLC, SCADA, Switchgear, etc.
· Payment follow-ups: Letters, Meetings & Escalations.
· Pursue new business opportunities – New products / New markets / New Principals
