Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and engage with customers to understand their requirements.
* Introduce various product offerings and facilitate customer buying decisions.
* Prepare product estimates and complete sales transactions.
* Achieve category-wise sales targets for the allocated section.
* Maintain daily stock records, including opening and closing stock counts.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability.
* Report sold stock for timely replenishment.
* Monitor dead stock and coordinate with the Store Manager to minimize the same.
* Ensure proper and attractive product display while maintaining hygiene standards.
* Maintain the safety and security of jewellery stock and report any potential theft concerns promptly.
* Address customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions.
* Support marketing activities, customer visits, and exhibitions.
* Identify potential customers and refer them to the store.
* Adhere to store cost-saving practices and operational procedures.
* Build and maintain professional relationships within the industry to improve store-level processes.
