YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve sales target in private and institution.
• Participate in and implement territory planning, through Targeting and Segmentation in your territory to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacies.
• Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide a lobby of loyal customers.
• Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis.
• Act as a communication link between clients and the company.
• Apply company’s values and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity, and product performance to assist in the development of marketing plans.
• Maintain good relationships with KOLs to ensure their loyalty and their support to the company’s business.
• Respect of company’s values, code of ethics, and social charter.
• Share market feedback, knowledge, and experience gained in the assigned field.
• Ensure compliant behavior in correspondence to company rules and regulations at any time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with (2) to (4) years experience as a Professional Medical Representative or Product Specialist role.
• University Graduate with a Medical background preferred Pharmacist specialization.
• Must have a Valid Health Specialties License.
• Saudi National Only.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience as a salesforce member in a similar size market.
• Intimate customers’ knowledge & experience for the market in Saudi Arabia.
• Candidate must have a professional license to perform the Job.
• Excellent organizational and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze data from various sources and make sound recommendations.
• Strong communication skills in all areas: written, verbal, and listening.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and difficult issues in a highly confidential manner.
• Proven and confident presentation and facilitation skills, an asset.
• Advance level of English skills
• Have the legal right to work without restrictions
• Good level of Microsoft Office applications
