Job Position – Network Optimization Engineer

A Multinational Company is looking to hire a Network Engineer or a Technical Project
Coordinator.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Managing and handling Customer & NNI changes that are related to Network
optimization projects.
· Performing feasibility study to validate all technical requirements before proceeding
with implementation.
· Ensuring the professional and first-time successful implementation of Internal Network
Migrations through a comprehensive risk assessment and feasibility analysis that
will ensure customer satisfaction.
· Layer2 and Layer 3 Configuration preparation, implementation & Troubleshooting.
· Technical hardware validation for new projects.
· Project Coordination with All key project stakeholders.
Skills / Qualifications:
· 5 years professional experience in Networks/Telecommunications related role.
· Strong knowledge of IP communication and routing is required.
· Excellent understanding of WAN technologies (Ethernet, Frame Relay, DSL, IPSec
and MPLS).
· Proven hands-on experience in configuring & working with Cisco and Juniper devices.
· Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and troubleshooting
abilities.
· Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well
in a collaborative environment.
· Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
· Fluency in both spoken and written English. (Mandatory Skill)
· SD-WAN implementation and migration experience is preferred.
· Automation and scripting skills are preferred.
· Additional Project Management skills and/or certification (e.g: PMI, Prince2, …) is
preferred.
Educational background:
· Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
· CCNP or equivalent Cisco professional Certification is a must (Mandatory Skill)
· Associate or Professional Juniper certification is required
· SD WAN certification is a plus.
