JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Payroll Processing
* Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, and deductions
* Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation
* Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and leave balances
* Coordinate with HR for leave, attendance, and disciplinary adjustments
* Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments for disbursement of salaries on time.
* Ensure payroll practices align with UAE Labor Law and company policies
* Ensure timely disbursement of monthly payroll via *Wage Protection System (WPS)*
* Sync leave records with payroll to ensure accurate deductions or payouts
* Collaborate with HR to validate biometric / time sheet attendance data

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting / Commerce
* 2 years of GCC/UAE Payroll Processing Experience in the construction industry
* Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems / ERP
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law
