Are you detail-oriented and passionate about inventory management? Join our team in Dubai as a Stock Controller and play a key role in managing parts inventory, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational efficiency across departments.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain accurate parts inventory using DMS/ERP systems & Excel
✅ Monitor daily stock levels and initiate reorders
✅ Analyze slow-moving items and propose clearance strategies
✅ Coordinate with procurement, sales & service for demand planning
✅ Conduct inventory audits and resolve variances
✅ Generate reports and support warehouse process improvements
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field
🔹 3–5 years of experience in inventory or parts coordination (automotive preferred)
🔹 Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
🔹 Experience with MS Dynamics, or SAP
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
