Helpdesk Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to oversee and manage our daily IT support operations. If you have hands-on experience with ITSM tools and a passion for delivering efficient technical support, we want to hear from you!
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and support requests.
Log, track, escalate, and close incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Maintain communication with users throughout the support process.
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support Coordinator role.
Proven experience working with ITSM tools.
🧠 Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of the ITIL framework (ITIL certification is a plus).
Familiar with remote desktop tools, basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, and ticket escalation processes.
