01. Position: HSE Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with a strong background in UAE infrastructure projects to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
No. Required: 03
Experience: 3 – 5 years in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, implement, and monitor the project HSE plan and legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RTA, and relevant authority regulations.
Maintain HSE records, statistics, and inspection reports.
Conduct site inspections and enforce HSE standards.
Manage HIRA, PTW, and incident investigations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Certification: NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory), NVQ / NEBOSH Level 6 (Preferred).
Experience: 4–6 years minimum UAE construction experience (Infrastructure focus).
Knowledge: UAE & International safety laws.
Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
2. Position: Chief Land Surveyor / Land Surveyor

Experience: 8 – 10 years in UAE – Building, Steel Structure & Infrastructure Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all surveying activities across building, steel structure and infrastructure projects.
Establish and maintain survey control networks, benchmarks and reference systems.
Review and approve survey drawings, as-built drawings, survey reports and quantity calculations.
Supervise and mentor the surveying team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients on all survey-related matters.
Verify contractor and subcontractor survey works and resolve any technical discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Manage surveying instruments, equipment calibration and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field.
8 – 10 years of proven experience in the UAE/GCC, specifically in building, steel structure and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Level) and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
3. Procurement Manager

Experience: 8 – 10 years in UAE – Steel Structure, Warehouse & Building Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for steel structure, warehouse and building projects.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for steel, fabrication, and construction materials.
Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including RFQs, comparative statements, purchase orders and contracts.
Coordinate with project, engineering and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per schedules.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance and maintain an approved vendor database.
Monitor market trends, material prices and lead times to optimize costs and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
8 – 10 years of proven experience in the UAE/GCC, specifically in procurement within steel structure, warehouse and building projects.
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, structural steel, and construction material procurement.
