Position: Quantity Surveyor

Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.
No. Required: 02
Experience: 4 – 6 years in GCC – Road, Infra & Utilities
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for infrastructure and utilities projects.
Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
Review and analyse contract documents, tender submissions, and subcontractor invoices for cost compliance.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of monthly progress reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
4 – 6 years of experience in GCC/UAE.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, measurement standards and local authority regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.

Experience: 4 – 6 years in GCC – Road, Infra & Utilities
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings and layout plans for infrastructure and utilities projects using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Coordinate with site engineers and design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and authority standards.
Update and revise drawings based on site changes and technical queries
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Drafting.
4 – 6 years of experience in GCC/UAE, specifically in infrastructure and utilities projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit is a plus.
