Al Ansari Financial Services is growing, and we are looking for talented professionals to join our team across several key departments. Below are the current job openings and the requirements for each role.
Group Head of Financial Control and Regulatory Affairs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in financial services. Must have deep expertise in UAE regulatory frameworks (CBUAE, FTA) and advanced technical accounting skills.
Senior Graphic Designer (Based in Hyderabad, India)
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Manager – Employee Relations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in employee relations and grievance handling. In-depth understanding of UAE labour laws is required. Arabic proficiency is preferred.
Assistant Manager – Centre of Excellence
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with at least 5 years of experience in quality management or business excellence. Candidates must be certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditors.
Pension Administrator
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience handling UAE pension processes (Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, GPSSA, and Ma’ashi). Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic is required.
Marketing Officer
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or events. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Facilities Coordinator
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the Facility Management industry.
Wellbeing Coordinator
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR with at least 2 years of experience in HR or event management. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
