Job Position – IT Project Coordinator

Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
Salary: QAR 8,500 per month
Location: Doha
Job Description:
• Coordinate delivery of Low to Medium complexity projects.
• Assist Program Managers in delivering Programs
• Review services scope and ensure well defined SoW in place to be delivered to customer
• Provide high level project schedule from the estimates given by the services LOBs
• Perform internal kick-off to the project with all stakeholders
• Review the Order/Sales documents handed over by the sales team
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Perform project methodology tailoring according to project size, complexity and customer specific requirements
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a project plans using Microsoft Project Professional
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Ensure milestone acceptance as planned by customer
• Ensure milestone invoicing are done as planned.
• Report project status and escalate to management as needed
• Ensure projects are records and maintained in EPM without Nonconformance
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
The Successful Applicant
Must have minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience working for an IT services or Systems Integrator as project coordinator
Should be Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
Project Management certification (PMP or Prince 2) would be an added advantages.
