🎯 Position: Assessment Coordinator
Gulf Model School, Dubai is seeking a highly organized and analytical Assessment Coordinator to join our Academic Team and lead the school’s examination systems and data analysis processes in alignment with KHDA and MOE standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all internal and external examinations
Prepare and implement exam schedules and ensure smooth conduct
Oversee assessment design, moderation, and quality assurance
Analyze student performance data and generate detailed reports
Maintain accurate and secure examination records
Support teachers with assessment strategies and grading systems
Ensure compliance with KHDA/MOE regulations and inspection requirements
🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment frameworks
UAE school experience is an advantage
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and school ERP systems (e.g., Orison)
Excellent organizational and communication skills

🚨 We’re Hiring: Head of Phase 4 (Grades 9–12)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
Gulf Model School, Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Phase 4 to lead our senior secondary section (Grades 9–12) under a dual curriculum system (CBSE & Kerala Board).
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Provide strong academic leadership and ensure the smooth functioning of Grades 9–12
Oversee curriculum planning, lesson delivery, assessments, and academic progress
Ensure effective implementation of both CBSE and Kerala Board curricula
Supervise and mentor teachers to maintain high teaching standards
Manage student discipline, wellbeing, and pastoral care
Handle parent communication and support holistic student development
Coordinate pre-board and mock examinations with the examination department
Analyze academic results and implement improvement strategies
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with school policies
Familiarity with KHDA requirements and processes is an added advantage
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Master’s Degree (Regular only)
B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching/leadership experience
Minimum 2 years UAE experience (Mandatory)
Proven experience handling Grades 9–12
Strong knowledge of CBSE and/or Kerala Board curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage both academic and pastoral responsibilities
