Job Position – Online manager

We are hiring Online manager for GCC based in Dubai (Heavy Household brand preferably)
Online / Sales:
(1) Provide an Online expertise to all our partners: Brand owner/representative, Online retailers, B to B, Final customers…
(2) Good Knowledge in online in the region (UAE & KSA at least) in the field of Heavy Household preferably Electronics & Audio accessories & Home appliances.
(3) Develop and implement yearly Budget with promotion plan in accordance with company strategy & guidelines.
(4) Setup, Analyse & improve monthly KPIs on sales, margin, stock, receivables, etc and set up a monthly action plan based on the KPIs results to improve the overall grades.
ATL & BTL Marketing
(1) In cooperation with the commercial team, define a clear and coherent KPI’s sets & action plan to market online in the Middle East:
(2) ensure better visibility, improve brand awareness, share of voice to generate further sales at country level, keeping in mind local specificities.
(3) Follow-up marketing, media, CRM, training …and PR budget for the region.
(4) Actively prepare and present regional strategic plan to HQ (3-y plan and 1-y plan) related to marketing, media, training, and PR
