J&T Express Middle East is hiring a Management Accountant
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏢 Department: Finance Department
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1、Prepare daily reports for the Middle East business, including the collection, consolidation, and verification of operational and financial data to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
2、Provide business support from a financial data perspective by communicating with cross-functional departments, aligning data definitions, and collecting business data in a timely manner.
3、Assist in the implementation and optimization of business systems to support the digitalization and standardization of business data management.
4、Support financial analysis by handling regular and ad-hoc data processing tasks based on business and management reporting needs.
🔹 Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
2、At least 3 years of finance-related experience, including a minimum of 1 year in financial analysis or Finance BP; experience in the logistics or express delivery industry is preferred.
3、Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to independently manage complex data processing and reporting tasks.
4、Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a high sense of responsibility.
5、Good command of English as a working language for daily business communication.
6、Willingness to work during public holidays when required by business needs.

📍 Location: Buraydah, Saudi Arabia
🏢 Department: Buraydah Area
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, identifying suitable candidates, and improving recruitment efficiency while controlling hiring costs.
2. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary structure design, bonuses, allowances, and employee welfare programs.
3. Handle employee relations matters, including employee complaints, labor disputes, resignation and termination procedures, and labor contract management.
4. Assist in improving HR policies and processes to ensure daily HR operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
🔹 Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in human resources, with familiarity in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with the ability to independently handle daily HR operations.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with strong logical thinking and comprehension skills.
5. Good professional ethics, integrity, and strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Proficiency in both English and Arabic to meet daily business communication needs.
