esponsibilities & Duties
- Transport staff members from the company accommodation to work and back
- Maintain a copy of the staff’s work schedules
- Arrive at destinations on schedule
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups or any other delivery requirements
- Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
- Interact with clients professionally at all times
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed
- Ensure that the car is clean (internally and externally)
- Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
Competency (knowledge, skills, & abilities)
- High School degree
- Valid Qatar driving license
- 3 years of experience as a driver
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Extensive knowledge of the different areas in Qatar and routes
- Proficiency using GPS devices
