Job Position – IT Support Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for an IT Support Engineer with our client in Abu Dhabi.
· Must hold UAE driving license
· Setting up workstations with computers & necessary peripheral devices
· Check Computer hardware etc. to ensure the functionality
· Install & configure the appropriate software & functions as per the requirements
· Maintain local networks to optimize performance
· Ensure security & privacy of networks & computer systems
· Install & upgrade anti-virus software to ensure the security of the users
· Manage scheduled upgrades & maintenance
· Diagnose & troubleshoot issues, and errors & repair or replace parts as required
· Identify computer or network equipment shortages & inform to System Administrator
· Provide support to desktop & helpdesk support to users & be the point of contact for error reporting
· Maintain & Handle Queue Management System
