Position: Lawyer / Legal Researcher
Location: Dubai Healthcare City, United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum 7 years in UAE legal practice
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
📍 Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide accurate, timely legal opinions.
📍 Draft, review, and revise contracts, legal memoranda, and court submissions in English and Arabic.
📍 Advise clients on litigation matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution strategies.
📍 Represent the firm in meetings, client consultations, and, if required, in court proceedings.
📍 Monitor changes in UAE laws and regulations and provide updates to the firm and clients.
📍 Assist in case preparation, evidence gathering, and liaising with government authorities when required.
