**Qualifications and Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
– A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering supervision.
– Proven track record in major consultancy projects (towers, palaces, housing projects).
– Strong ability to manage meetings efficiently and professionally.
– Expertise in cost control, change order management, and time extension.
– Proficiency in reviewing schedules, forecasting risks, and managing them.
– Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
– Ability to lead a team effectively.
– Immediate availability to join.
**2. Senior Engineer (Structural/Architectural/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Planning) (SE24)**
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in the required field from an accredited university.
– 12 to 15 years of experience, including experience in engineering supervision.
– Experience in design review, material approval, and engineering calculations.
– Ability to supervise execution and ensure quality control.
– Fluency in English, spoken and written.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
