SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)
📍 Location: Sharjah | 🏫 PACE British School
PACE British School is seeking a passionate and experienced SENCo to lead our Special Educational Needs provision.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Currently based in the UAE
✅ Holds graduation in Special Educational Needs
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as SENCo
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Committed to promoting inclusive education and student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the SEN department and policies
Support teachers in implementing inclusive practices
Develop and monitor IEPs
Liaise with parents and external professionals
Track progress and ensure the well-being of all students with additional needs
