Job Position – Operations Assurance Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:
Documenting and resolving service issues.
Developing plan for Loss and Damage prevention.
Reporting and resolving out of the process order cases on daily basis.
Maintaining accuracy in System vs Actual data for Resource Management.
Closely working with Operations, Customer Service and Accounts Management team for raised queries resolve.
Time management for resolving raised cases with in TAT.
Owner to reduce the abnormal and loss/damage cases of the shipments.
Working on Case conflict management between the team.
Requirement
Minimum 2 years experience In the logistics field
Good Knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems
English fluency
