Responsibilities :
- A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and hunger to learn
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Great team player
- Keen interest in Japanese and South American cuisine
- Will be responsible for looking after a section with up to 10 tables 25-35 covers seated
- Working closely with the manager on duty and section floor manager/supervisor
- Working in a team of highly skilled professionals, following the checklist for both opening and closing
- Successful candidates will be confident and unafraid to use their in-depth product knowledge to recommend menu items
