Cost Controller
PFC Group is looking for a dedicated candidates to join our team in Dubai for an immediate start. We’re seeking a Cost Controller to play a key role in managing and optimizing the financial performance of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets.
✅Implement cost control systems and standardize reporting processes.
✅Conduct performance analysis reports (LPR, CVR, BNCR, etc.).
✅Perform cost-benefit analysis and propose effective cost-saving solutions.
✅Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
✅Ensure contract compliance (FIDIC knowledge preferred).
✅Work on infrastructure design, civil works, and adopt LEAN practices.
✅Provide periodic cost reports and forecasts to senior management.
🛠 Qualifications:
✅Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
✅Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost control within construction or infrastructure.
✅Strong command of ERP systems, ePromis, RAI, and ASITE platforms.
✅Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification.
✅Experience with sustainable and innovative construction materials is a plus.
✅Excellent analytical, auditing, and project budgeting skills.

✅Lean Manufacturing & Cost Reduction Techniques
✅Advanced Excel, ETABS, Robot, and cost-control reporting systems
✅Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Civil Contract Engineer – Dubai, UAE
PFC Group is looking for a dedicated Civil Contract Engineer to join our team in Dubai for an immediate start.
If you have a civil engineering or construction background, at least 5 years of UAE experience, and expertise in FIDIC contracts, invoicing, and contract administration, with the ability to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors — we’d love to hear from you!
🔍 Requirements:
✅ bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / construction management.
✅ 5+ years of experience in UAE in contract administration, invoicing & claims.
✅ strong knowledge of FIDIC & local contracting practices.
✅ experience managing and mentoring QS teams.
✅ available to join within 1 month & based in UAE for physical interview.
📋 Responsibilities:
📝 Contract administration (FIDIC & others), invoicing, claims & documentation.
📝 Lead a QS team & oversee quantity and cost-related deliverables.
📝 Maintain contract records, support negotiations & resolve disputes.
📝 Ensure compliance with contracts & local regulations.
