Job Position – Logistic Coordinator

Duties, Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities
• Correspondence with External / internal clients.
• Maintain proper planning for allocation and mobilization of resource (equipment and employees) to ensure commitments are met on time.
• Coordination with the supervisors as to the site activities and update Operations Manager.
• Arranging site visits in accordance with the requirement from Marketing /Engineering – through supervisors / superintendents.
• Ensure the equipment / man power readiness for the site in accordance with the site requirement and regulations through yard in charge / work shop in charge
• Preparing Equipment’s Packing List & Load out list (Master / Project etc.) after confirmation of the job and project requisition issuance.
• Ensure the documents readiness prior to the mobilization of equipment to the site
• Ensure sufficient transportation facilities (trailers), police permit (if necessary) for the mobilization of equipment to the sites.
• Follow equipment 3rd party certification validity and renewals.
• Ensure safe operations at site via close monitoring through the site supervisors.
• Ensure personnel’s needs are met at client’s site.
• Demobilization of equipment upon off hire from the site (includes dismantling of equipment and arrangements of transportation facilities)
• Generating schedule of equipment’s.
• Ensure the project requisition closure document is prepared adequately upon completion of the jobs.
Job Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in Heavy Equipment’s field
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English communication, computer literate, excellent background in Plant & Project administration Training.
