- Draft, design and implement clients’ policies and procedures;
- Formulate and implement operations manual;
- Measure performance against procedures and manuals;
- Prepare or contribute to the preparation of work plans (including risk assessment) and audit programs;
- Obtain required information directly or indirectly through examination of records or interviews with clients’ staff;
- Review and evaluate the system of management controls and assess their adequacy and effectiveness;
- Draft potential recommendations for improvements;
- Perform all field work in a competent and professional manner;
- Assist in development and preparation of the survey approach
