Your Role Will Include:

Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner

Presenting menus, answering questions, and making menu recommendations

Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the system

Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently

Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Handling guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and care

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Processing bills and payments accurately

Following all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end or busy restaurant

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
