Job Position – Civil Quantity surveyor

Job description:
– Checking the enquiry log, attending the site survey assigned resp and quoting for the assigned enquires within the stipulated time by the management.
– Quantity takes off and rate breakdown preparation as per the standard procedure
– Preparation of Quotation as per the standard procedure including analysis of the job duration, special notes preparation etc.
– Collecting the site survey reports form person who conducted and preparing the Quote
– Coordinating with the Subcontractor/Suppliers for the quotation/site surveys
– Project sharing as per the prepared budget, SOW and special notes through the system / saving it in the respective enquiry folders
– Follow up of the status of submitted quote from the client after 1 week of submission of the quotation
– Attending the weekly meetings with the management and the team
– Updating the enquire submission ref no in the team’s app for the coordinators reference
– Updating the status of site survey and enquire status
– Target 2022 tracking and keeping individual target to achieve the annual targets
– Verifying the issued WO/PO/Contracts for the awarded job
– Keeping client relationship strong while interacting during the SS and quotation preparation
Requirements:
– Must have 2-3 years of UAE experience
-Immediate joiner’s preferred
-Candidate must be available in UAE
Salary range: 4000-4500
