Strong understanding and exceptional insight into the key business drivers and strategic challenges and opportunities in architecture and the wider built environment in the Gulf
Fluency in English and Arabic
Demonstrable ability to produce results to demanding deadlines and working on numerous key issues simultaneously, prioritizing effectively
Ability to command respect and communicate a clear vision, driving service and operational standards
Highly consultative, a confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
Driven to exceed targets and work within tight deadlines
