Are you a results-driven Medical Recruiter with hands-on experience in healthcare hiring and working on Odoo system?
Join our growing team in Dubai and be part of a dynamic recruitment environment specialized in the medical field.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment cycle for medical & healthcare positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates (Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health)
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Work efficiently on Odoo HR/Recruitment module
Maintain accurate candidate database and reporting
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs

✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in Medical Recruitment (UAE experience preferred)
Hands-on experience using Odoo system
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
