Location: Ajman (will require to travel with UAE)
Responsibilities for Executive Secretary
* Create a long term schedule for the CEO
* Ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings
* Manage the the CEO’s phone calls
* Conduct any research the CEO needs
* Make travel arrangements on behalf of the CEO
* Problem solve any issues that the CEO requests
* Schedule meetings for the CEO
* Communicate between the CEO and employees when required
Qualifications for Executive Secretary
* Bachelor’s degree
* Top of the line organizational skills
* Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
* Great planning abilities
* Amazing interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
* Incredible communication skills
* Great skills using the Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
* Any Arabic speaking nationality
* 1 year experience
Reporting structure: The Executive Secretary will be reporting to the CEO
