Dubai Sales, Leasing & Off-Plan Market
- Work with the Senior Management to create your own sales and marketing strategy
- To capitalize on company leads to support new business sales and initiatives
- Prospect potential investors and guide them to appropriate off-plan developments
- Market your properties on all portals and sites relevant to Dubai projects
- Oversee documentation and gather all necessary paperwork for sales processing
- Maintain strong relationships with your network of investors, developers and agents
- Conduct marketing, appraisals and evaluation of all properties under your management
- Working with our creative team, you will have access to produce personal video content
- With the support of the company, you will develop your profile on all social media platforms
- You will manage and maintain leads and inquiries through the in-house CRM system
- Maintain a firm understanding and be well informed of the Dubai real estate market
- As an ambassador for our organization, you will maintain a strong sense of business ethics
REQUIREMENTS
- Real Estate experience is required.
- Capable of selling opening & closing new business
- Strong network of clients and investors is desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive self-started and team oriented
- Highly presentable and financially motivated
