What our client is looking for
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for all Human Resources functions and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the execution of HR services in the areas of Compensation and benefits, recruitment, selection and retention
- Maintain and updates HR Information System to ensure that all personnel information are properly & accurately captured, effectively managed and maintained at all times
- Assist in the review, development and execution of HR policies & programs within the area of assignment
- Assist with Job Evaluation/Analysis Assist in the development and implementation of a workable Performance Incentive Scheme Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines
- To always monitor current processes and identify ways to improve these processes and systems Conduct employee orientation, development, and training administration
- Continually develop and maintain HR policies and procedures;
What skills/experience do you need?
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Knowledge of HR tools and systems
- Detailed and goal-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious and motivated team leader
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
