Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Manager / Sales Consultant with strong prior working experience in BMS & Lighting Control Systems (LCS). The candidate must have proven exposure to consultants, contractors, and property owners, and hands-on experience managing the complete sales closure cycle within the UAE/GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
Sell BMS & Lighting Control Systems (LCS) solutions across UAE/GCC projects
Manage the full sales closure cycle: lead generation, consultant specification, proposals, negotiation, and order closure
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors, MEP contractors, developers, and property owners
Achieve assigned sales targets and GP objectives
Coordinate with technical and project teams for successful project execution
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of prior working sales experience in BMS & Lighting Control Systems (LCS)
Good exposure to consultants, contractors, and property owners in the UAE/GCC market
Proven experience in BMS & LCS sales closure cycles
Arabic speaking is mandatory
English proficiency required
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills
UAE driving license preferred
