Job Title: HR Supervisor
Location: Riyadh
Reporting to: Head of HR
Industry: Retail
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee day-to-day HR operations for the subsidiary company.
•Implement recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process.
•Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
•Handle government-related platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Musaned, etc.).
•Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records.
•Review and implement company policies in line with local regulations.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and Saudi labor laws.
•Prepare periodic reports for executive management.
•Supervise performance evaluations and employee development plans.
•Coordinate with the parent company’s HR department as needed.
Requirements:
•2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
•Experience in supervising or supporting HR team leadership.
•Strong knowledge of Saudi HR systems and government platforms.
•Proficient in using ERP systems.
•Strong ability to review and apply company HR policies effectively.
•Fluent in English (spoken and written) – a must.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
