🔹 Key Responsibilities:
· Lead training sessions and develop technical plans for the U11 team.
· Foster teamwork, ambition, and integrity on and off the pitch.
· Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement.

· UEFA License (essential).
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
