Element has an opportunity for Receptionist, to join our expanding operations in Qatar

In this role , you will be responsible for efficiently managing front office operations, in a busy laboratory environment , handling local and international calls and walk-in customers

This role is based in Salwa industrial area , Doha , Qatar

Responsibilities

  • Handling the front office operations including calls , couriers and customer visits / queries
  • Handle safety induction for visitors in line with the company policy
  • Manage travel – local / international
  • Raise invoices ,manage filing , attend to calls & fax machines and manage drivers
  • Coordinate for office celebrations

Skills / Qualifications

  • Graduate with 2 year experience in front office management
  • Personable with a flair for customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and having exceptional communication skills in English
  • Requires excellent typing skills and invoicing experience
