Job Position – Database Senior Specialist

-Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects/technologies and ensure that the solutions are highly available and performing
-Provide day-to-day Tier 2 operational support, including responding to incidents, service requests, and tasks
-Maximize database performance by monitoring the network, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, troubleshooting network problems/outages, and suggesting improvements
-Secure database by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
Background:
-In a Tier 2 shift based role with an advanced level of experience in managing and supporting complex databases that are built on a number of different technologies
-Advanced level experience in Managed Services (Database)
-Expert level experience in different monitoring, synchronization, security, and optimization tools
-Years of Specific Experience:
5-10 Yrs. of relevant experience.
