Job Position – Sr Manager – Technical Support

Experience: 8-10 years (Aseptic Packaging). Hands on Work Experience of 8-10 years on Tetrapak Machines is must. Must have carried out TPMS events on Tetrapak machines (TBA19, TBA8, A3 Speed, A1 etc.)
Responsibilities:
Providing timely and apt Technical Support to the customers so the Customer Satisfaction levels are highest.
Follow-ups on the trial and commercial runs at customer.
Support revenue generation through technical support, sale of spare parts and services.
Develop higher competence levels of the technical team through knowledge sharing and training.
Develop cross platform knowledge and technical skills for various types of aseptic filling machines.
