Qualifications:
Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical
Minimum 5 years of experience (Gulf experience mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in MEP services with knowledge of HVAC systems, Fire alarm and fighting, electrical.
Familiar with procedures for taking handovers, creating PPM schedules, and maintenance reports.
