About the job
Key Accountabilities:
- The jobholder will be responsible for answering Customer Enquiries Over Phone / Email.
- The jobholder will solve problems by following OIC Policy & Procedures, ensure business targets and assigned self targets are met and Customer Service is at the core of all interactions with members & non-members of OIC .
Job Requirements:
- Provide information on all OIC Products to existing & potential clients.
- Execute client instructions as per OIC policy
- Handle Calls and Queries as per assigned Targets
- Ensure the monthly production & conversion ratios are met
- Ensure CSAT & Call Quality scores are met on each customer call.
- Resolve customer complaints, either directly or conjointly with the other concerned departments
