Officer – Projects Registration

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Officer – Projects Registration to oversee project registration processes, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and support project documentation. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in project management or an equivalent field and be skilled in project coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the registration and documentation of new projects.
– Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
– Maintain accurate records and manage project databases.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project approvals.
– Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and summaries.
– Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
– Identify areas for process improvement in project registration and management.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field (mandatory).
– Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
– Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
– Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

– Experience in project coordination, registration, or administration.
– Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for project approvals.
