Vincitore Realty is looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer to lead our hiring initiatives and support HR operations. This is a strategic role for an experienced recruiter who understands the fast-paced nature of real estate or consulting industries.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
Support basic HR operations and employee lifecycle functions
Lead or mentor junior team members as needed
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment
Experience in Real Estate or Consulting industry is mandatory
Team handling experience is a plus
Basic HR operational knowledge
⚠️ Please note: Candidates with less than 5 years of experience or without relevant industry background will not be considered.
📌 Job Details:
💰 Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000/month
🌍 Nationality: All nationalities welcome (Preference for Indian candidates)
