Job Position – Animal Shelter Caretaker / Dog Handler
Job Details Here
We are looking for hard-working caretakers for our non-profit animal shelter. Must be comfortable with and have compassion for animals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning the shelter
- Feeding dogs
- Bathing dogs
- Monitoring for signs of illness
Skills / Experience Required:
- Flexible – every day is different
- High standards of cleanliness
- Must work well alone and in a team
- Good at listening and taking instructions
- Good problem solver
- Previous work with animals an advantage
- Basic level of English required
In return we offer:
- Shared accommodation (2 people only) on site at the shelter with shared bathroom facilities
- 1,200 to 1,500 AED per month depending on experience
- Good, family like work environment
