We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our ever-growing retail division, Al Tayer Insignia. You will play an integral party in the growth of one of the regions leading luxury and fashion companies.
As a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, Al Tayer Group’s retail division, Al Tayer Insignia, hosts a portfolio of some of the world’s best luxury brands in the fashion, jewellery, home and department store categories. About The Role
As a Recruiter in our Talent Acquisition Team, you will drive the hiring across your designated departments. You will support with managing the full sourcing and selection journey across your specific allocated departments. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your stakeholders and HR Business Partners, working closely with them to develop a pipeline of high calibre candidates to ensure minimal headcount impact to the operation.
About You
You ideally will have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a fast paced, diverse environment, preferably in a digital sector. You will be an expert in understanding the digital market and its emerging trends. A fashion and retail enthusiast are a must!
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background within a high volume, in-house recruitment, or agency environment, preferably in either retail or hospitality. You will be proactive with the ability to pre-empt future requirements and be exceptionally approachable. You should have a stable career background with a minimum of 3 years in a recruitment environment. A good understanding of the UAE labour law is highly advantageous but not essential.
Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
