Job Position – Pega Test Manager
Job Details Here
1.Experience in Telecom Testing and Test management
2.Experience in API, BSS, OSS Testing
3.Experience in Jira , Confluence , Real time dashboard reporting
4.Experience in Defect management and Followups
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6.Monitor, manage and enforce quality gate processes to prevent defect seepage into downstream test processes or production
7.Review all non- functional requirements that are passing through the area to ensure they are clear and testable
8.Ensure test requirement tractability and coverage
9.Work closely with the test leads across other technical areas to ensure there is a joined up and end to end testing for programme
10.Monitor key metrics to drive decisions and initiatives around test process for continuous improvements
11.Continually assess tool usage in the test function to ensure optimum performance and work with the tools team to drive improvements and change where necessary
12.Initiate and implement the use of a QA knowledge base in the 13.Testing area and also ensure that there is ongoing maintenance of knowledge artefacts
