Job Description:-
• Managing the on boarding process and ensure new joiners are oriented appropriately.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance whenever required, follow on employee relations to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Provide ongoing HR advisory to management and employees across the business, explain policies, practices and provide guidance on HR matters such as resource planning, performance, career development
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, turnover rates…etc.) in database and ensure all employment requirements are up to date.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars and send reminders to the staff to meet their deadlines.
• Assist in calculating the end of service benefits (EOSB), leave salaries and payrolls with the finance department and maintain an updated record for the same
• Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate
• Coordination and follow up with PROs for new visa, visa renewals etc.
Requirements:
• Willingness to work in other areas of HR.
• Restaurant Industry experience is a must.
• Strong Knowledge of UAE labor Law.
• Excellent time management & communication skills.
